Will fixing these issues guarantee more customers from AI?

No tool can guarantee that, and we won't pretend otherwise. AI platforms decide what to recommend, and that changes over time. What Cyberbard can do is show you the barriers we can measure, like AI not being able to read your site, missing details, or a thinner presence than your competitors, and help you remove them. Re-testing shows you whether each fix worked.

How long does it take to see results?

Some fixes, like updating robots.txt or completing your profiles, take effect within days, and you can re-test to confirm. Cyberbard also re-tests your site every 2 weeks for free and emails you what changed. Whether and when that leads to AI recommending you is up to the AI platforms, so we can't promise a timeline.

Can I use this for multiple websites?

Yes. Create a project for each website you want to check. Free accounts include automatic re-tests every 2 weeks for 1 project, and you can still run tests manually on any project. If you need automatic re-tests for more projects, for example as an agency, contact us about the Pro plan.

What is included in the PDF report?

The PDF is the same report you see in your dashboard: your summary, your overall score, how you compare with competitors, your presence beyond your website, the Fix plan, the Growth plan, and the detailed findings. You choose which sections to include. It's designed to be shared with a business partner or your web person, even if they're not technical.

Is my website data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We only look at publicly available information: the public pages of your website and what other public sites say about your brand. We do not need any access to your website. We never sell your data, and we only share it with the services needed to run Cyberbard, listed in our Privacy Policy.
