Cyberbard provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analysis, reporting, and remediation tools to help websites improve their visibility in AI-powered search engines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods, except as required by UK consumer law.

7. Limitation of Liability

As a small, independently operated service, Cyberbard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
