Buy credits

Cyberbard credits come in two packs: 5 credits for $4.98 or 12 credits for $9.98. There are no single credits and no subscriptions.

Credit packs

Credits never expire, and they can be used on any number of websites.

How to buy

1. Open Settings → Credits and click Buy credits. The same window also opens automatically when an action needs more credits than you have, and its button says Get credits.

2. Choose a pack.

   

3. Pay on the secure checkout page. It is a one-time payment through Stripe, with no subscription. Cyberbard never sees or stores your card number. The 12-credit pack is marked Best value.

4. You return to Cyberbard and your credits are added.

If your credits do not show up straight away, wait a few moments and refresh the page.

Your payment history

Open Settings and choose Billing to see your payments. Settings → Credits shows the credits you gained and spent.

Common questions

Can I get a refund? If a test fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. For anything else about a payment, use the Feedback button and tell us what happened.

Do I need a subscription? No. You pay only when you buy credits.

Which payment methods can I use? The ones shown on the Stripe checkout page, which depend on your country and card.

I paid but my credits are missing. Refresh the page first. If they still do not appear after a few minutes, use Feedback and include the email address you signed up with.
