Growth Plan

AI does not only read your website. It also learns about you from the rest of the web: directories, review sites, news, forums and other places where businesses like yours are listed or discussed. The Growth Plan covers that side.

What it is based on

The Growth Plan is built from what the brands AI already recommends in your market have in place and you do not. For example, a listing in a directory that all your top competitors appear in, or reviews on a site that AI keeps citing.

It is written as brand and marketing steps, and these are usually ongoing work rather than one-off fixes. Examples are collecting reviews, completing your business profiles, and getting mentioned on sites your customers and AI both trust.

Where to find it

Open the Summary tab and scroll to the Growth plan section, just below your AI readiness score. It shows the first few steps, each with a short explanation and a What to do line. Click Show more to see the rest.

Unlocking it

The Growth Plan is part of the unlocked report. Until you unlock the report, the section is shown as a blurred preview with an Unlock Growth Plan button.

Once unlocked, you see the full text of each step. See What unlocking a report includes.

If the report was shared with you and its owner has not unlocked it, you will be asked to contact the person who created it. It opens for everyone with the link once they unlock it.

When there is no Growth Plan

If Cyberbard could not find comparable competitors, for example because AI only named much larger brands, there may be little or nothing to compare against. The report then shows your own data only, and says so.

Realistic expectations

Off-site work takes longer than website fixes, and no one can promise that AI will start recommending you. Track your progress with scheduled tests and the trend charts rather than expecting a result overnight.
