What is Cyberbard?
More and more people ask ChatGPT or Google's AI which company, product or service to choose, instead of clicking through a list of links. The AI gives one answer and names a few brands. If yours is not one of them, the customer never sees you.
Cyberbard shows you who the AI recommends instead of you, why, and what to do about it. You only need to enter your website address. There is nothing to install and nothing to connect to your website.
What Cyberbard does
When you run a test, Cyberbard:
- Reads your website, the same public pages that any visitor or AI crawler can see.
- Asks AI the questions your customers would ask, and records which brands come up in the answers.
- Compares you with the competitors the AI actually recommends in your market.
- Checks whether AI can read and trust your site, and what other websites say about you.
- Writes a plan with the problems it found and how to fix them, in plain language.
A test usually takes a few minutes. You can close the page while it runs. If you turned on email notifications, we email you when the report is ready.

Do I need technical skills?
No. The report is written in plain language. Many fixes are small changes you can make yourself. For anything that needs a developer, the Fix Plan gives step-by-step instructions that you can forward to the person who looks after your website.
What Cyberbard does not do
- It does not change your website. Nothing happens to your site unless you choose to apply a fix.
- It cannot promise that AI will recommend you. AI assistants decide what to recommend, and their answers change over time. Cyberbard shows you the barriers it can measure, helps you remove them, and lets you re-test to confirm that each fix worked.
- It only looks at public information: the public pages of your website and what other public websites say about your brand.
